In 2005, when my girls were 2 and 6, I thought it was a brilliant time to start a business. I was a relatively new mom, although not by chronological standards, and cared about maternal things like what pregnant women and their children wore. I designed a line of tees, pitched them to boutiques, and set up an eCommerce site. And so, kimtees, happened.

We had moderate success and could have continued to grow but, at about year three, I realized that I no longer cared about anything having to do with pregnant women or their children. My kids were in grammar school now and we were on to the next chapter. And so, kimtees unhappened.

But, here's proof that it was a thing for a while.
